The Warehouse Reset

What's on sale?
Markdowns on furniture, décor, lighting & unused project finds — we overbought, so you get the good stuff. Our Christmas collection is at regular price.

Location & Parking

Where is the sale?
The sale is held at 3902 Industrial Street, Rowlett, TX. We're located in the warehouse district — look for the FHL Design Co. signage out front.

Where do I park?
Parking is available on-site in the lot directly in front of the warehouse. If the lot is full, street parking is available along Industrial Street. We recommend arriving early — the first hour tends to be the busiest!

What are the sale hours?
We're open Friday, November 20 from 10am – 2pm and Saturday, November 21 from 10am – 12pm (last call). Doors open promptly at 10am each day.

The Wishlist

How does the wishlist work?
Our online catalog lets you browse the collection ahead of time and save your favorite pieces to a wishlist. It's a great way to plan your visit and know exactly which items you want to head to first.

Are wishlisted items held for me?
All items are first come, first served — we're not able to hold or reserve pieces in advance. That said, your wishlist is a great planning tool! We recommend arriving early on opening day for the best selection.

Will new items be added before the sale?
Yes! We'll be adding pieces to the catalog throughout the week leading up to the sale. Check back often — or follow us on social media for sneak peeks as new items are posted.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit or debit cards. We do not accept checks. An ATM is not available on-site, so please plan accordingly if you prefer to pay with cash.

Are prices negotiable?
All prices are as marked. We've worked hard to price everything fairly so you get great value without the haggle!

Carrying Items Out

Should I bring anything to carry my items?
We recommend bringing your own tote bags, boxes, or blankets — especially if you're eyeing larger or fragile pieces. We'll have some wrapping materials available, but it's always smart to come prepared.

Can I get help loading larger items into my car?
Absolutely — we're happy to help! Just let one of us know and we'll get you taken care of. For furniture or very large pieces, it's a good idea to bring a friend or a vehicle with enough room.

Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. Please inspect items before purchasing — we want you to love everything you take home!

General

Can I come both days?
Of course! Friday is our full sale day, and Saturday is a two-hour last call from 10am to noon. It's a great chance to come back for anything you were on the fence about.
